• AR Contextual Access:
  • The App uses your device's camera and microphone to provide the AR and audio experiences. The App does NOT record or store any audio or video data. The camera is only used to recognize the flashcards, and the microphone is only used to play the audio of the object.

3.1 No Ads, 100% Free

The Likart app is entirely free to use and does not contain any advertisements. Our primary goal is to provide users with a seamless educational experience without interruptions.

3.2 Pop-Up for Flashcard Purchases

For users who do not own the Likart flashcards, the app includes a pop-up message inviting them to order the physical product through our website or WhatsApp.

• Orders are completed using the cash-on-delivery method.
• The app provides this option to enhance the learning experience for users who wish to access the full functionality of the product.

3.3 Access Restricted to Morocco

Currently, the Likart app is available exclusively to users located in Morocco.

3.4 Device Compatibility

Our App does not require the use of any device that is advised not to be used by children (for example, Daydream, Oculus, or other VR headsets).

3.5 Disclaimer

The Likart app is hosted on Google Play Store and follows its terms and conditions. While we strive to maintain compliance with all Google Play policies, we are not directly affiliated with Google LLC, and any issues arising from app usage on the platform should be addressed directly to us.

4. Augmented Reality (AR) Safety

The Likart AR app uses augmented reality technology. IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNING: Upon launching the AR section of the app, the following safety warning will be displayed:

• Parental Supervision Required: Children should only use this app with the direct supervision of a parent or responsible adult.
• Be Aware of Surroundings: Pay attention to your physical surroundings at all times while using the AR features. Be aware of potential hazards such as furniture, walls, stairs, other people, and moving objects.

5. Google Play Families Policy Compliance (App Only)

We are committed to complying with the Google Play Families Policy. We have taken the following steps:

• We have accurately identified the target audience for the App in the Google Play Console.
• All content within the App is appropriate for children and families.
• The App is entirely free and contains no advertisements and no in-app purchases.
• We only collect the minimum amount of data necessary for the App to function as described in this policy.
• We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information (PII) from children under the age of 13.

We only share your data when necessary:

• With delivery services to complete your order (name, phone number, delivery address).

Actions Taken If A Child Unintentionally Provides Information: If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will take steps to immediately delete such information from our servers. We will also contact the parent or guardian to inform them of the incident and give them the opportunity to review and delete the information.
