1. Product Description

Likart offers printed educational flashcards covering 14 topics, designed to be engaging and informative. The Likart AR app enhances the learning experience by displaying interactive 3D models and providing audio pronunciation in four languages: Amazigh, Arabic, French, and English. While the app complements the flashcards, the flashcards can be effectively used independently.

2. Ordering and Payment

• Order Placement: Orders for Likart flashcards can be placed through our website or via WhatsApp.
• Payment Method: Currently, we only accept payment via cash on delivery (COD).
• Accurate Information: To ensure successful order processing and delivery, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, phone number, and delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by inaccurate information.
• Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation message via WhatsApp or email. This confirmation does not guarantee the acceptance of your order, but confirms that we have received it. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery Area: We currently offer delivery services exclusively within Morocco.
• Delivery Timeframes: We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location within Morocco and unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to provide estimated delivery timeframes.
• Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, traffic congestion, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Product Condition: We guarantee that products will be delivered in good condition. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately (within 2 days of receipt) with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

4. Returns and Exchanges

• Eligibility: You may return unused flashcards in their original condition within 7 days of receipt for a refund. The product must be in its original packaging and suitable for resale.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping expenses.
• Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (if applicable) or as store credit.
• Exclusions: We do not offer returns or exchanges on products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging.

5. App Usage

• Availability: The Likart AR app is currently available for download on the Google Play Store and is intended for use only within Morocco.
• Compliance: You agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Google Play Store policies.
• Prohibited Activities: Reselling, copying, modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, or distributing the app (or any part thereof) is strictly prohibited and a violation of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights related to the Likart flashcards, AR app, website, designs, logos, and all associated content (including but not limited to text, graphics, images, audio, and video) are exclusively owned by Likart.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app and flashcards for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. Any unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Likart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising out of or relating to your use of the flashcards or app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our products and services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the flashcards or app (if applicable).

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

• The Likart flashcards and AR app are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or that your use of the app or flashcards will be uninterrupted.

9. Amendments to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through the app. Your continued use of our products and services after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Agadir, Morocco.
